Asha is inviting you to step into your most Self-Regulated Era.

Join us for a transformative 5-week Yoga series held every Sunday from 4–6 PM throughout the month of May.

Each two-hour session offers a deep nervous system reset through intentional yoga, breathwork, rest, and embodied awareness practices.

This series is a slow and steady experiential process designed to help you understand your nervous system and learn through yoga practice how to regulate and maintain homeostasis—the body’s natural balanced state of being.

Each week, we will explore specific aspects of nervous system regulation and learn practical tools to regulate in real time using your own body, breath, and mind.

Come learn, reconnect, and empower yourself with lifelong health and wellbeing practices.

We are opening up to fresh ideas, new possibilities, and welcoming new clients into our growing wellness community.

We shared cacao, music, mantra, silence, and soulful connection in community.

This evening created space for emotional release, joy, stillness, and authentic expression through sound and sacred presence.
